Biography
Michelle Razo is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Consultant Hand Therapist and Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of hand, wrist and upper limb conditions.
Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Michelle focuses on the rehabilitation of traumatic injuries, post-operative recovery, chronic conditions and complex hand to shoulder pathologies.
With over 13 years clinical experience as an OT and 6 years as a Consultant Hand Therapist in the public health / National Health Service (NHS) as well as the Private Sector, she is committed to restoring function and improving quality of life for individuals with complex hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder disorders.
Michelle believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach, combining expert clinical knowledge with compassion, precision and client-centred care.
Michelle is recognised globally for her expertise, passion for teaching and instructing on hands, wrists and the upper limb at leading Hand Therapy Units and Conferences around the world.

Possesses considerable experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings having practised in the United States, London and presently in Belfast.
Michelle Razo's background has afforded her a unique perspective, enabling the development of advanced expertise encompassing the entire upper limb, from hand to shoulder. This includes specialist knowledge in the rehabilitation of individuals under the care of Plastic Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Neurology and Rheumatology.
